The space The entire apartment is yours, patio just off the living room. Please enjoy the yard. Master bedroom located downstairs away from other two bedrooms for privacy. Enjoy! Guest access Entire Right side apartment in a duplex, yard (shared), parking for two cars, use the left two spaces closest to the house in the right alcove of the driveway. Laundry available in kitchen closet. Private patio off the living room. Grill is for shared use between both units, please be respectful of that and wipe down the grill after use. Other things to note Apartment is cleaned with an EPA registered disinfectant between stays for your safety. Smoking permitted outside only.

This was a great little place for a one night stay! Six of us enjoyed a night at Foxwoods for a friend's birthday, and all of us found this place cozy and comfortable for hanging out before and after. It was clean, accommodating, and all amenities were easy to use. The host was responsive and helpful as well.

Came to Mohegan for a concert and this space was exactly what we needed! Location was perfect, it was spacious and clean! Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Although it was just a short time we felt like we were home. Look forward to coming back and hopefully staying longer. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay.

This house was very outdated and in need of a lot of renovations. No air in main living area and curtains s and blinds were haphazard, not some place I would recommend. Bathroom could use a renovation.

The location was perfect for both casinos. Very very clean. The owner was very responsive. ACs worked fantastic during the hot weekend we were there. No Cable but ROKU was available.

This house was perfect for what we needed and more. While we only ended up with 4 people, the accommodations could have handled more without a problem. The host was very kind to provide snacks, as well as amenities, such as board games and video streaming devices. The house was easy to find, with a great outdoor space. It was meticulously kept and clearly well-taken care of. I would highly recommend it to others and will likely reserve it again in the future. Thank you!

We rented this house for an overnight stay for 3 couples. We attended a show at Foxwoods and this property was located on the same road about 5 minutes away! House has an interesting layout. 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom was okay for our overnight but I am not sure I could extend our stay with that setup. The toilet had an issue and the owner sent someone out to fix it within a half hour of me reporting it. I have never had such a quick response to an issue! We couldn’t get the tv’s to work but I am sure if I reported that, he would have had them fixed in minutes. Back patio is great to sit out in the sun and relax. There were 3 chairs so bring extra if you have a larger party. We also sat out in front, in the driveway which was very large. Road is very busy but this location makes it perfect for a Foxwoods overnight!

The property was well maintained and close to area entertainment. The kitchen was well supplied as well as amenities in the bathroom. We appreciated the snacks and water that was supplied. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was easy to find and the contact with the proprietor was excellent and it was easy to follow the directions for access to the premises. It would be helpful to have a bathroom on the first floor as well as near the bedrooms. Not all of the TVs worked and the chairs around the table are rather wobbly. We would recommend this property and love to rent it again in the future.

What a great place to relax and spend time with our son! Close enough to the Naval base but far enough away to allow us to relax and enjoy quality time together as a family. Just as described and exactly like the pictures! Gary was very responsive and answered all our questions! Would definitely recommend!
