Check-in/out was great. Staff was INCREDIBLE! Central to everything. Room could have been laid out better, for better use of space.

We loved it but the$75 pet fee is a bit much and also the fact that they don't give you free water. The tv is very small as well.

Recently stayed overnight while attending a show at Foxwoods. Service was great, everything was easily accessible. Room was clean and comfortable. Ordered breakfast in the morning and it was delicious.

Check in a lady was helping anither couple.. it was about 6pm. Another couple were having issues with their reservation..she was so calm,so sweet and kept smiling..you need more of her. The man that checked me in never smiled, not thst i have to have that but nice.tough im sure bc of the line thst formed.but the women was incredible..and stay..thank you

The service was great ! The front desk was amazing. The room was huge but could have used more seating options. The room is soo big you could have fit a couch or st least some more seating options. The mattresses need to be updated 2 or more nights would be hard on your back. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The TV in my room was small , my friends room had a large TV. The room is long in length it needs a bigger screen TV. The bathroom was good except for the toilet bowl. It’s soo short. It looks like the toilet bowl in my kindergarten class room it’s practically o. The floor. I do recommend the place it just needs to be tweaked a bit.

Hotel was very close to Fox Woods. Bathroom definitely had some wear and tear and could use updating. Hotel food was OK for price.

I was in the area for a conference and chose this location due to the price and the distance to Foxwoods. It was clean and the employees are friendly. The morning coffee was a plus for me too. ;-)

The door to the gym wasn’t responding to my keycard or the master card that the staff had. It took about 20 minutes to finally get into the gym. Bartender was pulling double duty and was serving as a waitress for the restaurant as well. As expected, the service was slow.

Overall great stay! We booked here for a trip to Foxwoods. Only complaint is the mattress was very uncomfortable, probably needs to be updated.

The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool could have been warmer. The room was nice, but no matter how much we tried to control the heat was very hot. Too hot to sleep. The breakfast buffet was very good. The only thing it would have been nice to include pancakes or french toast. The man running the buffet was nice enough to make some fresh eggs for me and bring them to the table.Over all we had a great time.

The hotel clerk was very accommodating when we checked in. Our room was accessible and fit our needs. It was big amd clean. They served a buffet breakfast for 14.99 which was delicious.

We were given a free upgrade on the room which was a nice surprise, especially since it was my birthday. We went down to eat from the breakfast buffet and Mike was awesome. He provided excellent customer service and was definitely the highlight of our short stay! Great place to stay at since it was a short ditance from Foxwoods Casino (about 3 minutes away). I just wish we stayed longer to enjoy all the other amenities (pool, bar, enclosed firepit).
