Clean. Efficient staff from the gate to the reception
The food is toooo expensive
7 / 10Good·Sep 2026
Its location
The light kept cutting out and had to wait to switch to generator/inverter.
Breakfast was standard - assumption that everyone eats certain foods such as coconut rice or pap.
8 / 10Excellent·Aug 2026
Location and facilities provided, i.e. food on site vie room service.
Slow unprofessional response by kitchen staff and some front desk staff with an unpleasant attitude.
6 / 10Average·Mar 2026
It is easily accessible to most parts on the mainland
There was no complimentary bottled water and the food is pricey.
