We liked the pool and appreciated the fire wood and fire starting kit left by the BBQ. There are some dirt paths near the house that we found ideal for biking with kids.

The house is located in a village, the almost identically looking houses are lined up in a row. The next door houses are separated by hedges, from the upper floors there is clear view onto the neighbors property, including the pool. In the center of this 'vacation village' there is a cemented tennis court, which is broken up and neglected. The tennis court also shares the space with the basketball court. Being cemented, and surrounded all around by brick houses, the sound of every bounce of the ball is amplified. The gates of the house can not be locked, not from the street or the sport court or even the car gate. The space for the car is too short, we had difficulty parking with a bike trailer. With the exception of a few houses, every one of them was occupied by young German groups, whose primary objective was to party all day and all night. Polite requests to turn down the music went disregarded. The house rules are not respected. The families who desire a relaxing, peaceful vacation this property would not be ideal. Beds are reinforced from the bottom with a wooden board, which makes them uncomfortable and super squeaky. The so called A/C units: One is in the living room, the upper floor has one right above the stairs. The A/C leaks, makes a loud noise and basically keeps the hallway somewhat cool. The bedrooms have no A/C, and windows have no mosquito nets. We actually used the noise of the AC trying to block the noise from the neighbors! We also disliked the sun-beds, they are rigid, uncomfortable and can not be adjusted. We never spent a worse vacation than these 2 weeks spent at this property, thanks to the proximity of the extreme, drunkard, obnoxious party groups. We would never return and we would never suggest it to anyone.
