Nestled in Avon, this lovely house for $204 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Beautiful 3bed/3bath townhome located across from Beaver Creek Bear Lot and on Eagle River & bike path. This spacious, 2, 000sqft, 2 level home has generous living space, 2 balconies, and 2 patios.. The 2 decks (balconies) have under decking installed preventing rain and snow melt from above coming down. Snow removal also included! Short drive to Avon and Edwards. About a 20 minute drive to Vail. Free shuttle rides to Beaver Creek from the Bear Lot across the street. Tons of activities such as music, art, and beer festivals in Avon, Beaver Creek, and Vail. Take advantage of lots of good restaurants in the area, nearby spas to choose from, and easy access to biking and hiking trails! Brookside is the perfect mountain home & offers an exercise facility, hot tub & heated pool. We do not have central air conditioning but all bedrooms have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds.

The space was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens)...lots of space, all the furnishings we could need and a well-stocked kitchen. It was a longer walk to the Beaver Creek shuttle than expected, but easy enough to drive to the parking lot and catch the shuttle from there. We'd definitely recommend the home for your Beaver Creek vacation!

Perfect size for a family of 5 with three teens! Everyone had their own space and private bath. Tranquil setting with the sound of the river and quick access out your back door to enjoy the walking/biking path. Quick access to town and all the amenities. Our stay here was fantastic. We were accommodated with an early check in since no one was there the day prior to us. When we left, I had left an item and requested it be mailed to me. They responded quickly and attentively to our needs during and after our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this part of CO!

The property was clean and well kept with lots of space. There is one bedroom and one full bathroom on the main floor. In the lower level there is the master suite and a junior suite. It was very convenient to walk over to the Bear lot and take the shuttle to Beaver Creek.

Great price for this sized unit and location. Heated garage is so nice for storing gear after a riding/skiing. Huge family room with gas fireplace is great for families or friends to connect. Wonderfully equipped kitchen has everything you need to have all your meals there. Huge master and bath are great for privacy from kids or friends. Wonderful patios and views of the eagle river. I would stay here with a group or family in any season.

We have rented meany VRBO in the US and across Europe and this is like a home. We stayed here for 5 weeks during the summer and did not want to leave. Location, comfort were 5 stars. We would recommend this townhome to any one who want to enjoy Vail/BC like it is a luxury home.

Convenient and comfy!
Our family had a wonderful stay! The location is is very convenient with very close access to Beaver Creek (shuttle lot is just across the street) and nearby ski resorts. The condo is very cozy and was supplied with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the nice mattresses and also the garage with the daily snowfall! Communication with the property manager was easy, friendly, and prompt.

We much enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. all appliances were new. mattresses were new and comfortable. Bathrooms updated and spacious. The Garage was fantastic when it snowed. Google Maps does not work very well with the address, but we were eventually able to find.
