とにかくリーズナブルで有難い！
部屋は広くオシャレな雰囲気でした。
寝具が清潔でゆっくり休めました！
河口湖駅まで歩いて10分圏内、アクセスも良かったです。
部屋の電気がドア横で階段を降りて消しにいかないと行けなかったのが不便に感じました。
せめて、部屋の中に電気スタンドか何かあると良いと思います。
チェックインは無人で、iPadの操作など慣れていないと難しいと感じた。あと、海外旅行者向けで基本英語表記、家族で利用したが、一人一人、IDチェック画面に向けて写真を撮る必要がある。個人情報が気になった。
部屋の作りはオシャレなのですが、最上階？ロフトみたいな位置にあるお部屋で、天井が低い部分があり、何度か頭をぶつけた。
頭をぶつけた箇所は、凹んでキズがあった😅

Location and sleeping accommodations
Nothing to encourage the guests to get to know one another like no common area to hangout and nothing to facilitate communication between guests. As a result, I felt it was a bit pricey.

the property was in a good location, the staff was very friendly and also the facilities were very clean
it was very noisy and the people next to us were very loud and inconsiderate and were using the hairdryer late at night and it was as if they were in the same room as us.. the bed was not very comfortable and was too low to the ground.
