We went there to hike Mt Fuji on the week of September 6-9 and weather was very bad. We had to change hiking date, time. Owner helped us a lot by calling official , taxi, bus service and so on. He’s really a very nice person.

The staff was very kind and was also very helpful. We requested a Fuji view room previously, but it was fully booked; however, the staff took note and reached back out to us to inform us that they would still be able to arrange the Fuji view for us as the previous person who booked it had already cancelled it, which was very kind of them! The station is just outside the inn, so no constant dragging of luggage is needed. But do take note that it's best not to carry heavy luggage. The staff do daily posting of the Fuji view on their Facebook page as well, so you can check out the daily view updates over there. Not to mention that the famous Lawson Fuji is just straight down the road within a 1-minute walk!
This place is amazing! Love everything about it so I definitely recommend it to everyone to stay here for convenience

The location is very good, right opposite from the bus station. You have everything you need for your stay. Even though you share toilet and shower cabins they were clean.
You have onsens for men and women in 4th floor with mt. Fuji view.
You can experience traditional Japanese room with tatami and futon.
Noise cancellation was absent. You could hear people pick their nose in the room next to yours. And you know people walk like elephants etc…. From 10.30 pm on or so it becomes quite cause people fall asleep, but if you are light sleeper don’t stay there.
Accommodation is locked after 11 pm.
Access to shower and onsen is not 24/7.
Lowered the score cause of noise.
