Excellent location! Easily accessible to train/bus station! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very accommodating and they allowed us to leave our luggage for a few days. Location was also great.
The AC kept increasing temperature that I had to wake up a number of times to lower it. Also, there was a cockroach in our room.

Location is good. 5min walk from Kawaguchiko station. Clean. Staff very nice.
Dated decor. No water bottles provided and minimal amenities. Have to pay for luggage keeping after check out.
