We had a wonderful stay! This hotel is perfectly located and is even more beautiful and comfortable than it looks in the photos. It truly exceeded our expectations.
The room was spotless, very cozy, and much nicer in person. The space in the room was very big for standard room in Japan. We loved the breakfast in Building B - it was delicious with great options for everyone.
A huge plus is the free shuttle service from Kawaguchiko Station. It is super punctual and makes it so easy to get to most of the main sights and points of interest in the area.
Highly recommendable, we would definitely come back!

Lobby breakfast area Looks like a hospital waiting room. Nothing interesting no decoration no beautiful artwork .. the breakfast is not good lots of pastry no jam eggs bacon, nothing that counts as a western breakfast. Better suited for Japanese taste.
