地点很好。在河口湖边上。我选了看花园，湖的那一侧。很安静，漂亮。湖边有一个漂亮的小公园，早晚会有当地日本人在里面踢球，溜小孩，放烟花，散步，骑自行车等等。人很少，很安静，但又有当地的烟火气。
房间也挺大，风景，设施，卫生条件都很好。
老板很热情，很友好。英语也挺好。
离开时主动提出开车送我到河口湖站。
木质结构的房子。住的人多的话，室友多的时候会发现隔音不是非常好
