Large, super clean room with all appliances and furniture seating options. Comfortable bed, good shower, black out window shades. Old school-style roadside motel with parking, helpful owners on premises and quiet heater in cold weather months AND windows that operate to let in fresh air. Convenient location. Choice of gas, restaurants, coffee and groceries nearby. Don't be put off by the eclectic decor and old style bathroom--all worked great! Great value for the price.
There was a little traffic noise but the heater was quiet and the bed so comfy and room so dark I had no trouble sleeping. Breakfast was no frills but included fresh fruit, a bonus!

Did not have breakfast or know where you were supposed to dine; standing in the office or in your room.
The external concrete stairs have probably been that way since the initial construction, could use a hand rail at some convenient point if feasible. possibly more caution signs/markers.
