Perfect location, close to metro and Notre Dame. Room was perfectly described, bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked great, loved that there was a washer/dryer, and owner was was very responsive.
Stairwell was very dark with no lights in the evening, but still felt safe and we just used our phone flashlights. Walls are rather thin but we still slept great.

The apartment had everything we needed and was in a great position. Communication was very good. We were happy to sleep on the pull down bed instead of the mezzanine- it was comfortable.
The apartment is very small. This wasn’t an issue for us but it’s good to be aware of it.

Good location. Apartment is bright and comfortable.
Check in and check out were easy. Kids loved the loft.
It never felt unsafe but there were usually a number of homeless people sleeping in front of the building across the street at night. The entry to the building is well secured but the stairwell is not well lit. The host was fine, but didn't answer one of my questions about use of the washer/dryer and then called me the wrong name a few times in messages. Bathroom is tight.

The loft was so low I couldn’t stand up to get into bed, which was a comfortable mattress on the floor. I had to crawl into bed.
