NEW RENOVATION JUNE 2024! Inviting beach house located on a quiet, cul-de-sac street in Pirates Beach! Beautiful ocean views from both decks and the living room, with just a quick walk from the house to the sand!
We have many items for your use such as beach chairs, water and sand toys, yard games, a utility wagon (for carrying items down to the beach), hand soap, toilet paper, board and card games, basic kitchen spices and oils, typical kitchen gadgets along with crock pot, blender, Keurig, coffee pot and much more!
3 cozy and inviting bedrooms that very comfortably accommodate 8 guests.
Master bedroom includes a King size bed
2nd bedroom boasts a roomy Queen size bed
3rd bedroom includes built in Bunks with 2 Queens on the bottom and 2 Twins on the top.
2 Full bathrooms in the house along with an outdoor shower and half bath on the ground level. Ground level also includes a porch swing, picnic table and charcoal grill.

The owner is very very nice and we felt terrible because I thought the cleaners were going to come at 11 and we wanted to tell them about the towels in the dryer and that we thought the body wash was lotion in the master bathroom and did not hurry to get out. We did not know the cleaners apparently tried to come. We thought they would come to the house and we could talk to them. You can tell they were very, very thorough by how clean the house was when we checked in. The house is perfect and it reminded me of a house that a builder would build for themselves because everything is top notch. It is definitely walking distance to the beach and the real Plus is the shower downstairs that is private and our grandchildren could shower down there so they did not track sand in the home.I would highly recommend this home and the home owner.

The indoor areas are very clean (the kitchen utensils, tableware, and saucepan the cleanest I have ever seen at a rental). The bunk room is absolutely fantastic. The combined family/dining room and kitchen have excellent lighting and a large bay of windows facing the Gulf. A short, easy walk to the beach. We did not use the laundry facilities. The host responded to all inquiries within minutes.

Our stay here was a great experience. It was perfect for our 6 guests including 2 kids, and could have accommodated a couple more as well. The layout of the house is simple and functional. Common areas were great for hanging out, cooking, watching TV, playing games, and enjoying outside. The pictures almost don't do the outdoor seating areas justice (in a good way). The short walk to the beach was very convenient for coming and going without the need for a car-ride or even a golf cart. Would definitely return!
