About this house rental
Stunning single-story villa (180 m²) featuring high-end amenities: 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (sleeping 8 + 1 baby cot), a beautiful tree-filled garden, a large heated pool (10x3m), a pergola, and a new gas plancha grill.
We provide 4 adult bicycles for our guests' use.
The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances, a bright living and dining area, a TV corner (large-screen HD TV, Wi-Fi), 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and parking for 3 cars. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, 900m from the Bay.
Please note: The pool is heated and available for use only during the season, from April/May through September. Outside of this period, it is winterized and therefore not operational.
**IMPORTANT: HOUSEHOLD LINEN**
You have two options regarding linens:
- You may bring your own linens.
- You may opt for hotel-quality linens. These are provided for each guest at a cost of €25 per person. Beds are made up just before your arrival, and each guest is provided with a set of bath towels (plus pool towels during the season).
Please confirm your choice when making your reservation.

A mi chemin entre Arcachon et le Cap Ferret, le leu idéal pour notre week-end entre amis. Parfois difficile de s’arracher à la douceur de la piscine chauffée. Merci à Nicolas et Sandrine pour leur accueil et leurs bons conseils.

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans cette villa spacieuse et conviviale !
Extrêmement bien accueillis par Sandrine de la conciergerie : toujours disponible au moindre souci ou à la moindre question....
Une maison pleine de charme, moderne, literie de qualité....
La piscine a été très appréciée de tous et l'accès direct à la piste cyclable est un plus pour se rendre dans le centre d'Andernos et pour aller ce baigner à Taussat !
Merci à Marine et Franck de mettre à disposition un si joli bien !
