Overall, i like this place

Near the sea. Sea view. The owner fast reply. Comfortable. Spacious living hall, balcony and bathroom.

The room has 2 queen beds, only left with a little space to move around.

Fantastic

I love the location of this property. It is very close to the beach, restaurants, shops and several attractions such as the military museum and the decorative fish center, which you can enter for free. This unit is very close to the elevator and swimming pool. The owner provides basic amenities, including smart tv and good wifi. You just need to login to your netflix account and enjoy. The owner is also easy to contact.

There is no place to hang clothes and no wardrobe is provided. The water in the toilet also often stagnates. The balcony is very close to the unit next door, so make sure the balcony door is always locked if you want to go out.

Beach was so close, easy access. Facilities well taken care.

Overall was ok. Only small part, will be good if owner can provide more hanging space. So visitor can hung things such the towel.

Great location for sunset view. Host is very kind and helpful.

The sunset view is unbeatable. The unit is very spacious and has a small kitchen with enough utensils for 4 pax. The dining table and sofa are both very new and comfy. The host is very kind to provide very detailed info for check-in (via watsapp). Great hospitality!

Great view, near to the beach, nice pool, nice food at food court @ Coconut Grove, fast respond caretaker. This is my 2nd visit to this resort. Highly recommended.

Perfect Getaway for a Family of Four!!

Check-in was a breeze. 2 days prior to check-in i contacted the owner and immediately he sent the check-in instructions. Also sent over a food guide of yummy eating spots in PD and places to go. Apartment was very clean and smelled fresh! Living hall spacious, sofa so comfortable. Kitchen impeccable, sufficient diningware, utensils and cookware! Clean² bathroom/toilet. Amazing view from the room of the ocean. I really loved the bed, very comfortable we (4 of us - parents with 2 boys) had an amazing 2-nights sleep! Oh if you have a 5th person, he/she can sleep on the sofa! Location of the hotel is easy to find and quite near to food locations although most open at night. If you like to cook just go buy your ingredients at Billion and cook yourself, theres an induction cooker and microwave. The fridge is quite big too! Wifi access is good too. The tv channels are hooked up to Njoi, we didn't watch tv much, was mostly by the pool and beach. Owner provided an iron & ironing board, salon style hairdryer, 4 towels, shampoo and bodywash, dish-washing liquid, broom, pail and mop and dust collector. So when the room gets sandy just sweep it yourself ☺️. Definitely would come again and stay at the same unit!

I feel during non-peak season the owner can touch up some very minor parts of the apartment (some paint peeling off). The outer bathroom wall has paint bubbling up (the wall must have some minor leaking). Would suggest the owner to have a small wall mounted hanging rack in the room beside the mirror perhaps. All in all everything else is perfect.
