Good property! Great location.

The location is great very close to the center of the town as well as the cinta beach. With 3 good supermarkets close by.

Amazing host Christian, super friendly reception, 5 min to the city, 8 to one of the best beaches

Melissa from the reception txted me the location and live video how to get to the property and was super nice as soon as I landed so I had no questions how to get in, Melissa was super responsive and very friendly with excellent English

Great value in San Teodoro, but rules should be a bit more relaxed

Great location in the middle of San Teodoro. Spacious, sufficiently modern with a renovated bathroom. Great value for price. There is a front garden which allows for enjoyment in the summer and an easy parking on-site.

Check-in process is really stressful, a lot of rules to listen to which are honestly too much to digest when you arrive at first, most of it not really needed for adults with some common sense to be honest. The house was clean ok-ish, but could be better. Particularly tools like the broom should be cleaned/replaced as they are quite old. TV is really old fashioned and by now a smart, basic tv is expected to enjoy streaming services with personal accounts, but it wasn't an option. Particularly, rules about rubbish are really extreme and frankly, unjustified. The owners could take care of disposing of the last-day of rubbish for their guests when cleaning is done, rather than asking to go to the tip!

Highly recommended, great value!

Very friendly staff. Nice and well equipped place, silent surroundings but close to the center and beach. A cute cat came to visit me each day. AC was actually available despite saying otherwise on booking.

It would be great to have some additional kitchen basics like salt, pepper and some oil. Might be available at the reception, to be honest I didn't ask. Also maybe a small light for reading next to the bed.

La struttura è a pochi minuti dal centro di San Teodoro e offre un parcheggio gratuito davanti all’appartamento,top! Melissa è estraneamente gentile e disponibile.

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto lavare le posate perché sporche. La camera singola è troppo piccola,manca l’aria non appena ci si entra. Consiglio più attenzione alla pulizia ma per il resto lo consiglierei!

Location was close to city center. Spacious flat with a terrace. Free parking.

Old, uncomfortable furniture, no shelves anywhere. Not many sockets. Towels and linen for a fee (only cash). No toilet paper or cleaning supplies in the kitchen. Not all receptionists speak English nor try to be accommodating. We asked to have our boarding passes printed for the flight home and after half an hour ended up getting them printed in another hotel nearby instead.
