This property was great! The location, view and atmosphere we're everything! Perfect for a girls trip. Traci was an amazing host. Our flight was cancled due to the weather and she work with us to credit our night stay. Would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect little place for a weekend girls trip celebrating my mom’s 60th birthday! The condo is beautifully decorated and has an amazing view of the river. Was stocked with necessities and even some extras! A 15 minute walk to Broadway. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. ☺️

We had a terrific stay at this property. The Riverfront condos are in a perfect location close to Broadway but also in a nice quiet neighborhood. The view of the river can’t be beat. Modern and clean, we will definitely book here again. And the bed was super comfy.

This was a great location, little too far of a walk for us but we seen plenty of people walking to Broadway from the building. Place was clean, fun decor, and was exactly as described. One recommendation would be less fragrant laundry detergent/softener.. probably most people like that, but some of us have sensitivity to those perfumes. I was pretty itchy the whole time. It smelled great, but my body reacts to it, and maybe others do also.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend and absolutely loved it. The place had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Plus it was within walking distance to where we wanted to be. Highly recommend.

Nicely decorated. Nice view of River. It was nice to get up and be in a quiet location compared to the hustle and bustle of Broadway street. Fan was available in the bedroom, plenty of towels, keurig w/coffee. Pull out sofa coach had a memory top for comfort!! Sitting deck was nice. Door was hard to close. Either I’m a whimp or it may need “tweaking” so it slides easier. Easy/safe walk during the day but I suggest a Uber at night.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay in Nashville. Very nice and clean unit. Short distance away from the craziness which was nice to come back and relax to. Peaceful view of the river. We would recommend Monell's in Germantown, Nash Trash Tour. The sister's will be retiring their comedy show next year after doing it for 26 years. LA Jackson rooftop (Gulch) Thompson Nashville Hotel. Michael Jordan was there eating! Explore East Nashville near Rosemary N Beauty Queen.

We stayed for a long weekend as we were attending a concert at Nissan stadium. The place was clean and so convenient to the stadium. We were able to walk to it, which was great. Short walk to downtown which was also nice. We also enjoyed sitting on the little balcony and watching the wildlife. Highly recommend this place.

Enjoyed location good short drive to Lower Broadway. Great location to catch any sporting event. Drive to Grand Ole Opry was easy and quick. Overall great trip

Husband and I came to celebrate our 11 year anniversary. Place was great. Great location. Loved the parking. Only downside is the construction around the area. Made walking to downtown not as easy. Balcony was being painted and worked on for half the stay - which was a downside and something we weren’t expecting but owners were in great communication with us about it once we arrived.

My 2 daughters (17 & 23) and I visited for the SEC basketball tournament. The space was perfect for 3 people -not sure I would have wanted any more than that. It was clean, looks as nice in person as in the pictures, stocked nicely with snacks and coffee essentials, easy check in and check out, no issues so never had to contact the property owner. The location was within 1 mile walking distance to everything we wanted to do downtown. Visited restaurants, shops, museums, historical spots, farmers market and spent most of our time at the Bridgestone Arena. Easy access to everything.

This was a perfect place for our stay. We were in town to see shows at Bridgestone Arena and the Ryman, and were able to easily walk to and from our place and downtown. We also were a short drive from East Nashville which had a lot of fun things to do. Would definitely stay here again! Very clean and comfortable, and the parking is a huge plus!

Great experience, condo exactly as advertised, enjoyed our walks to Broadway. Owners restaurant suggestions were excellent. Had a little confusion with the heat system but owner was quick to respond.

This was the prefect place for us to stay and see the grandchildren and site see without intruding on our kids and 3 grandchild for 3 solid days. I think this was the prefect choice for us. The condo was the prefect size for 1 couple. Only downside was not having a washer and dryer. The owners were great about staying in touch and answering all our questions.

This was our first trip to Nashville and it didn’t disappoint. Upon walking into the condo we feel in love with the place. More than enough was provided for our stay and the place was comfortable, clean and cozy. It was within walking distance from everything we had wanted to do. We had one small problem with the thermostat but with one phone call it was taken care of efficiently. The owner was very nice and said if any more concerns to call her back. Would love to stay again if making another trip to Nashville! Highly recommend this condo!

The condo was so comfortable, clean and stylish with everything you need there. Location was perfect with a short walk to Downtown with many brilliant restaurants on the way. The location felt safe and Traci the host was super helpful. Highly recommend it .
