Good efficient place close to the ocean

Great little unit so close to the ocean. Peekaboo view from the balcony and kitchen. Has just about everything you need and Andrea was very helpful.

The mattress was too soft and actually sunk in the middle. Rough for those of us over 40. Was surprised it didn't have a microwave ( would fit over fridge). It's a studio apartment even though it says it is one bedroom.

Excellent location for beach

Location, very close to beach.

Shower needs a bit of upgrading.

8 / 10

Good apartment near the beach

The host was very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, you just cross the street and arrive on a beautiful beach. The balcony was also a great bonus. The apartment is equipped with a large smart TV and WiFi, which made our stay even more comfortable. We really appreciated the early check-in, which the host kindly offered as the apartment was available, it felt like a lovely gesture. The apartment is easy to reach from the airport using public transport during the day. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. We also used the parking spot in the courtyard, which felt very safe for our rental car.

There are a few minor aspects that could be improved with minimal investment from the host, which would make the overall experience even better.

Disappointing

Location was near the beach and easily accessible.

Very basic room far from clean. Had to descale the kettle. The biggest issue was the internet not working. Calls to the iwners/management went unheeded.

Posizione vicinissima al mare, appartamento comodo e spazioso. Bel terrazzino!

Ideale locatie, op wandel afstand van strand, eetgelegenheden en zelfs op redelijke wandel afstand van Pescara. Ook met het openbaar vervoer is er een prima verbinding naar Pescara met de trambus.
