The house is big on two floors with a kitchen equipped with everything you need. The owner was very helpful. The view is extraordinary. You can sit in the small pool, drink a cold beer, hear the farmer with his chickens, admire the view over the island, the forests and the sea. The village of Zia is near, 15 minutes walking, with restaurants and souvenir shops. We recommend a one-day trip by ferry to Rhodos.
In order to cook and use the kitchen, you need a car or a taxi to shop in a supermarket near Kos. Unfortunately the taxi service is generally bad and unreliable.

Stunning views, and beautiful apartment with everything you’d ever need. Very comfortable beds. Lovely welcome basket was a nice touch. Kallia was very responsive and helpful. Overall cleanliness was good.
We were two friends travelling together but only discovered at 9pm that the second bed had no sheets or pillowcases under the attractive bed cover. It was too late for house keeping to come back so I made do with an extra duvet and slept on top. I was told that I should have informed them that I wanted both beds made up which I disagree with; had it been a sofa bed yes but to not have two beds made up for two people in a two bedded apartment is unacceptable and I shouldn’t have to divulge my sleeping arrangements. The upstairs toilet bin hadn’t been emptied. The pool was dirty and full of floating insects, but I appreciate that it would be very cold and most people wouldn’t be using it, however I’m partial to an ice cold plunge pool! All this aside I would still recommend the property and we didn’t let it spoil our stay.
