Appartement petit mais rendu fonctionnel pour accueillir une famille. La dame qui a remis les clés très gentille et sour

La localisation aux pieds des pistes, un aménagement de la véranda qui est un vrai plus pour l appartement.

Ménage que j’ai fait à mon arrivée. Salle de bain propre . Mais la Pièce de vie a eu besoin d’un bon coup de balai.

L'emplacement est bien ( comme beaucoup de location à la joue du loup) donc rien d'exceptionnel pour cette localité.

La véranda était démontée à notre arrivée ( donc une pièce en moins ), sans aucun message, qui prévenait de l'état des lieux, du propriétaire, qui n'a, évidemment, fait aucun geste suite à notre étonnement et notre réclamation, et qui est en plus de mauvaise foi. Le peu d'équipement utile est vétuste. L'appartement est mal agencé. Matelas inconfortables... La liste est longue... ( les premiers locataires étaient des connaissances du propriétaire) ****************** les sms echangés: ****************** Moi: Bonjour. L'agence nous a informé hier de nous adresser directement à vous pour le gros problème de véranda inexistante. Nous avions choisi cette location sur ce critère, hors, ni sur son annonce ni dans les documents envoyés ne figurait l'information que la véranda est indisponible pour le moment. Il serait alors bienvenue de faire une réduction pour se désagrément. ( Pour le reste des détails pourraient être amélioré simplement de façon à être plus agréable pour les locataires ) ************ Lui: Bonjour Mr Pagès, Nous sommes désolés de ne pas avoir pu informer tout le monde, nous avons fait le maximum pour que ce soit réparé en temps et heure pour les locations mais il s'est avéré impossible de faire les travaux avec la neige et le gel. Si vous avez l'occasion de relouer l'appartement "dans l'avenir" vous avez mes coordonnées (en direct) et nous ferons le nécessaire... Nous espérons que vous passez quand même un agréable séjour malgré ce petit quoic (bien entendu indépendant notre volonté) Bien cordialement, Alain et Véronique ************** Moi: Je tiens compte de votre retour pour l'évaluation finale. Pour un problème aussi gros, c'est un minimum de prévenir chaque locataire. Nous ne comptons absolument pas relouer votre appartement. Il est mal agencé, le peu d'équipements utiles sont vétustes, il est quasiment impossible de faire la cuisine... Je ne vais pas perdre plus de temps.
