River Overlook sits on a full acre above the Flathead River, ten minutes from Glacier National Park's west entrance, with views in every direction. The sound of the river below the bluff, the mountains beyond, the valley stretching out in every direction. This is the setting that brings people back to this property year after year.

The main living area is open and well-appointed, the kind of space where the whole group ends up after dinner, without anyone feeling crowded. A grocery store and several shops are a short walk from the front door, a rare convenience this close to Glacier.

This property was a wonderful respite to our family of eight as we took in the wonder that is Glacier National Park. The home is immaculate, well-furnished and located down a quiet dead-end road with a beautiful backyard view of the Flathead River. There is a well-equipped grocery store within walking distance of the house as well - this was a great (and unexpected) convenience. The host was gracious and very responsive to messages during the course of our stay. We would confidently recommend this home and this host to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing option near West Glacier.

The house was perfect for a nice gathering at the dinner table and outside.We enjoyed our stay. My only complaint would have been the lack of privacy for the two rooms downstairs.
