Nestled in Lake Havasu City, this attractive house for $532 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This home is set up for a perfect getaway. Large master bedroom with a sliding glass door to pool. Bathroom has large soaking tub, large shower and double sinks. Large open kitchen concept connecting with the great room for perfect socializing and family time. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The great room has sliding glass doors to the patio /pool area, including an indoor/outdoor stereo system connected to Alexa. Home also has a second king bed, 2 bunk beds, a queen bed and 2 queen air mattresses. The 2nd bathroom has a large shower with double sinks. Private pool area has a large gazebo with conversational patio furniture, surrounded by lights and even disco lights if you are feeling funky. There are several additional seating spots all around the patio. There is a fire pit and a place to play cornhole for those needed competitions. The private heated pool has fountains and lights for lots of fun and relaxation. The garage is currently not available for use but the drive way and front side street allow for 5 cars. This property owner also offers catering and decorating services for special events and theme based parties. You can even have meals catered so you can just relax more. This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first! The owners are super nice and were available via text during our entire stay. The home has everything you need for kitchenware and appliances. Thanks again for a great birthday weekend!

We had a great stay!! The house was very confortable and well decorated. We loved the backyard and especially the pool with wet deck, the kids had so much fun and so did the adults. Very close to the grocery store and the new marina. The owners were very nice people and also understanding. We will definitely rent from them again.

Our family was making a trip through Arizona and we really enjoyed this property. The backyard space was amazing and kids really enjoyed the heated pool! Owners were very responsive, highly recommend!

This place was exactly what we were looking for! Our young boys spent loads of time in the pool and the kitchen area was perfect to be able to see the kids and still get some cooking done! We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Rhonda absolutely went above and beyond in the hospitality of this property. She really accommodated so much more than just a stay. she provided us with her wonderful crepe truck as well as some personal extras for our us that I did not have to worry about transporting from Las Vegas. The house and pool itself were simply amazing. The cleanliness and the location were perfect.

We were a party of 11-12 people who stayed from Friday-Monday. The house is beautiful and well equipped with essentials. There is a lot of space in the living room/kitchen as well as in the backyard. The pool was nice too. It was very windy when we stayed so be mindful of your belongings in the backyard because they may fly away. The location is about 15min away from London Bridge area which is where we spent some time over the weekend. The only thing that was a bit of a challenge was there were only 2 bathrooms, so if you book this property with a large group just make sure no one takes over the bathroom for a long time. Nevertheless, it was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway.

The house was really nice and clean. It had all the supplies you need for the stay. The pool was heated and the kids enjoyed it. About 10 min from downtown. Owners were easy and responsive.

Beautiful pool area. Owner came and looked at the pool when we had a question. Very accommodating. We had 14 people staying and had plenty of room. Great open floor plan. Any food we had left they said they would donate to local food shelf. We had friends come over for a get together and there was plenty of outdoor space to accommodate everyone and we had a big group. Would rent again if we had a big group.

From start to finish no problems. Great communication with owners. House was perfectly clean tons of space awesome kitchen. The back yard was great nice big pool huge amount of places to sit and relax. Great gas grill with extra tanks onsite. There is not one bad thing I can think to say about the stay. The owners met us there for a super quick check in and then we were left alone the rest of the time, but we're able to get ahold of them at a moments notice through texting. Great location close to lake Havasu, but in a quiet subdivision. If we come back to the area we will definitely stay again. Thank you so much.
