The holiday home Villa Stauder is located in a large private park. From the panoramic terrace (30 m²) you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding area and the nearby sea. Fast local trains run regularly from the nearby Campoleone train station (5 km away) to the center of Rome in approximately 23 minutes. The large, sunny, and quiet apartment is located on the first floor of the holiday home and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. Swimming pool
The independent, spacious, and modernly furnished holiday apartment on the first floor of Villa Stauder, suitable for up to four people, features:
Living room with table, comfortable seating area, TV, fast Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
Kitchen with a four-burner electric stove (modern ceramic cooktop), large refrigerator and freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and dining table.
First bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
Second bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe.
Third, small children's room in the attic with a comfortable single bed.
Two spacious bathrooms with showers, with a relatively low ceiling height of approximately 1.90 meters. A washing machine is provided.
Large panoramic terrace (30 m²) with table, chairs, sun loungers, and parasol. From the large panoramic terrace, you have a beautiful view of the private olive grove, the idyllic rural surroundings, and the sea. Around the holiday home, you will find a well-maintained lawn for playing and a communal swimming pool (4.6 meters in diameter).
We offer you a complimentary welcome basket filled with typical local products from the Castelli Romani region near Rome, including a bottle of wine and our own organic olive oil. We also provide a variety of kitchen, washing machine, and bathroom essentials free of charge. Behind the holiday home, you are welcome to pick herbs from the herb garden for your cooking. Depending on the season, fruit from our many trees is also available for you to enjoy. Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the rental price.
Free private parking is available on the Villa Stauder estate.

"We spent one week in mid-October at Villa Stauder. We have visited many holiday apartments and houses around the world, but Villa Stauder ranks at the top of our favorite places. The facilities were exemplary, and the cleanliness couldn’t have been better. The view from the terrace to the sea, surrounded by 220 olive trees in a paradise-like garden, made the accommodation truly special. We love tranquility, and we found it there. We would never have thought that the city of Rome would lose significance for us thanks to this wonderful accommodation and the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended are trips to Nemi (just 3 km away), Castel Gandolfo (gorgeous), Tivoli, and Anzio (great beach). However, our greatest praise goes to the owners, Emanuela and Marco, for their warmhearted and incredibly kind personalities. We will definitely be back—not to visit Rome City, but to see Emanuela and Marco again and to enjoy the view from the terrace. Thank you both for the wonderful time, your exceptional hospitality, and the world’s best olive oil!"

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. Man hatte immer die Möglichkeit mit den vermietern zu kommunizieren. Die uneinsichtige Dachterrasse war ein sehr schönes Highlight.

Appartamento curatissimo e ottimamente accessoriato. Particolare segnalazione per la terrazza, per vivibilità e vista. Collocazione particolarmente comoda. Cura degli ospiti da parte della proprietà ai massimi livelli. Esperienza da ripetere.
