Location was brilliant and the pool area was lovely and quiet. I had an issue with the key (my fault) and the owner was quick to drive down and resolve. Will definitely stay in the same location again in the future
Shower flooded the bathroom floor during use as it’s designed as a wet room but it’s too small to work that way, but that’s only a minor issue

The property is in a great location and does have everything that you need. Really nice touches like a bottle of water in the fridge. Pool was also lovely and very quiet.
Cannot fault the location, the staff or the facilities. Just might need a bit of a spruce up.

Banos is a peaceful place, the apartments are big with plenty of storage for hanging and draws. The air conditioning is great!!
Bathroom is modern very powerful shower & always had hot water.
Our apartment was cleaned everyday except Sunday, the cleaner did a great job.
The pool area is so peaceful, there is no pool bar which we don’t mind at all. Plenty of sun-beds no need to get up early to get to sun bed. A lot of the days there were only us.
It’s a gem of a place.
