Staff were friendly and professional. Assisted with parking our hire car for the evening. Location was exceptional, right near museums and even closer to fish pool and park area. Restaurants all very close too. Brilliant location. The room was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.
Having to get cash out once we arrived, to pay for room. Automatic booking.com payment via credit card would be preferred.

The location was excellent. The staff was initially friendly and helpful, but I saw less of them over time.
No room service, so my room became messy after a while. There was no breakfast, although I understand because it was Ramadan.
