Hosts were fantastic and super knowledgeable. Beds were comfortable. Large space for Venice. Best part is that it is quiet and cozy and just off the beaten path but walkable to....everywhere. Super easy to get there from boat and super easy to get to airport. 10 out of 10 stars. Will definitely be back!

The location was incredible. In a lovely area (Castello) away from the crowds, with osterias and bars popular with locals. Really quiet location and was amazing to be staying in an area alongside Venetian residents. We will definitely come back! Thank you to our hosts Franscesca and Cris, who were really helpful throughout our stay.

The apartment was very clean. The check-in procedures were very clear and easy to follow - and the hosts very responsive to questions. Having two entrances to the bathroom was very convenient. Although this was a neighborhood that we had not visited much before, it was quiet and close to many restaurants and cafes, but not that close that we were overwhelmed with other tourists - and it is within easy walking distance to to two vaporetto stops - one on the north side and one on the south side of the island. I also recommend the Pasticerria Bragora for breakfast - and note that the same four local ladies occupy the same table tutti giorni.
