Flat was clean and comfortable, reasonably spacious and perfectly located for walking the Thames Path.
Communication with the owner was good.
Bottom door shelf on the fridge was broken which unfortunately led to us breaking a bottle of wine which fell out when the door was opened.
Entrance area and stairs to 3rd floor were a bit tired and could do with some maintenance.
Unfortunately there was a wasp nest in the vent to the kitchen, although this was removed by pest controller.

Perfect location although down to road works there was a long diversion. The host did inform u sir this prior to stay
It was very hot, due to an early heatwave. No fans at location but they aren’t often required in this country
$$$$
