About this house rental

Nestled in Fort Payne, this charming house for $146 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Ready to disconnect and relax? Grab a drink and hop in the hot tub, or build a fire in the firepit. Enjoy coffee and a book from the porch while watching the deer and other wildlife wander nearby. Very convenient location! Only minutes from downtown Fort Payne, Mentone, Desoto State Park and Little River Canyon. Very quiet cabin in the woods! This cabin shares 20 acres in the woods with a few of our others. Each are spaced out to keep it private and relaxing! It was built in late 2019 and finished in early 2020. It is completely self-sufficient, fully-furnished with all appliances. We now have Wi-Fi! So, if you *have* to work, or if you're needing to binge watch your favorite Netflix shows, you can now do so! Each of our cabins have a private hot tub located on the covered back deck, a fire pit, and a campsite style charcoal grill. All of the kitchens are fully equipped with all the basic appliances and utensils you should need to prepare your favorite meals if you're looking to stay in. We use Keurig pod coffee makers in each of our cabins, so grab your favorite blend! This cabin has a king sized bed. Things you should know! All sheets and linens are provided. We provide a starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine tablet. We also provide a few K-cups to get you started. According to your length of stay, you may want to bring extra coffee, detergents and garbage bags. We do not provide any toiletries at this time. Phone service can be limited, however, we have signal boosters in each of our cabins. AT&T and Verizon seem to work fine, though we have been told that T-Mobile/Sprint users didn't have signal. Having wi-fi now may allow many modern phones to operate over it.

Very nice place. Comfortable and very clean. Kitchen pans need to be better and can opener replaced. Hot tub was low on water. Enjoyed location, not as private as I thought, but good.

This was a perfect getaway to just be together. Properly was just as nice as the listing made it appear. Secluded, but within a reasonable distance for exploring, sightseeing, etc. We would definitely recommend this listing & would love to visit again.

Hubby and I needed a weekend getaway and this hit the spot! Check in process and communication with Quincy was smooth and easy. This was by far the cleanest cabin we have ever stayed at! Close enough to the adorable town Mentone and Fort Payne if we wanted to go out and about. We chose to stay in and enjoy the fire pit and peace and quiet.

We loved this little cabin! It was very clean and well kept. The property itself is beautiful. It's secluded but close to anything you might need. I definitely enjoyed the private hot tub after hiking all day! And this may be trivial to some, but the toilet paper and paper towels supplied were quality brands and there was pump soap in the bathroom and kitchen. I definitely would recommend this property. We're already planning to come back this fall with the kids.

This property was clean, cozy, and peaceful and within just a few miles to all the attractions in the area. My husband and I were on an anniversary trip and enjoyed sitting on the back porch listening to the birds, sitting by the fire pit, and relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. We will certainly be back.

Exactly as described in listing, very quiet and mostly secluded, could see both cabins on each side of us from both porches. The only issues we had was water pressure in shower, need more cooking skillets for breakfast items seemed to stick. Bed was nice when you first laid down but seemed to get very hard over time but still better than many places that we have stayed before.

This cabin was so cute, and smelled so fresh and clean upon walking in. There are multiple cabins nearby, but the way they are placed, you still feel like you’re in your own private campground of sorts. The fire pit and hot tub were awesome, and the bed was SUPER comfortable. Two small recommendations: the shower could really use a mat, as it does get pretty slippery. I would also look into adding some sugar and powder creamer to use with the provided coffee. Can’t wait to come back for another visit!

Y’all, how many times have you stayed somewhere and the mattress was terrible? Not here! The mattress was amazing! This cute little cabin is everything I had hoped for! It was quiet, easy to find and sooo nice! Quincy is great if you need anything. I will definitely recommend these cabins to everyone I know!
