Flat screen TVs in each room, including loft. High speed internet with smart TVs for streaming. Walk to the beach on a paved, private path or two minutes to the 27 hole championship golf course/clubhouse, Black Bear Pub, and restaurant. Less than one mile to the tennis center, Big Canoe Swim Club, and Lake Trailhead.

This home is immaculate including a kitchen with every convenience and a master bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. The view of Lake Sconti is priceless. So glad we found this gem of a property.

Everything was clean, very neat & organized. They have all the necessary amenities (ie: keurig, gas grill). Paul was very nice & responsive.
