Everything was great. The house was very clean and tidy, just as nice as it looks in the photos, and equipped with everything we needed. The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to Republic Square, so we were able to walk everywhere. The balcony offered a beautiful view of Mount Ararat.
The property has secure parking, and you can park safely anywhere in the yard. The barrier is controlled, and the host will open it for you whenever needed.
As for the host, he was wonderful and super attentive. answering our WhatsApp messages within a minute at any time and did everything to help us out. Big thanks to him.
My friends and I loved this apartment in every way. Highly recommended!

Excellent apartment in a fantastic location! The apartment is very spacious, with three large rooms and high ceilings, making it feel bright and comfortable. It has everything needed for a pleasant stay, including air conditioning and all the essentials for everyday living.
The location is one of the biggest advantages. There are three beautiful parks within walking distance, the neighborhood is quiet, green, and very pleasant. The view from the apartment is simply amazing – overlooking Mount Ararat, the city center, and a lovely green park.

Хороший вариант рядом с центром города, квартира очень просторная, достаточно новая, есть все условия для комфортного проживания. Хозяин приятный, все показал, рассказал.
Сама квартира на 5 этаже, лифта нет, но спустя пару дней к этому привыкаешь) и нет света на площадках 1, 3 и 4 этажей) если заезд вечером, включайте фонарик сразу)
