La proximité du centre ville. Agencement de La cuisine , et du matériel ..manque des verres à pied pour apprécier les bons vins !
Les photos ne correspondent plus à la réalité ! Meuble salon deux portes en moins , fauteuil abîmé , moquettes sales chambres et couloir / tachées , baie vitrée sale , balcon sale ( toile araignées !) , mobiliers vétuste et abimé.. Salle d eau et salle de bain a rafraîchir , la trappe sous baignoire franchement moyen ( un plastique pour essayer de la maintenir !) , l étagère sous vasque abîmée , le bouchon de baignoire abîmé , l eau ne reste pas dans le bain ( super !) prise électrique abîmé , pas de cache interrupteur dans la chambre sous l étagère a livres pour allumer la salle de bain , canapé tâché, tringle rideau salon absente ! Car suport tringle cassé , Franchement moyen !! pas de consignes pour savoir où déposer les poubelles , entrée immeuble sale nommé l amirauté et non les balcons de la Trinité .. Tarif élevé par rapport à la prestation visuelle des photos présenté sur booking.com qui ne correspondent plus à la réalité ! L accès pour récupérer les clés dans la boîte aux lettres pas génial du tout ! Nous n avons pas apprécié de découvrir les Bruits de travaux à gauche du port car c est un chantier naval en fait, super !!! ☹️😡 ainsi que Les bruits de gens au restaurant bar en dessous de l appartement pas génial non plus ! Donc bcp de choses à revoir ( rafraîchissement logement , et changement mobilier ) , pour être à la hauteur du tarif proposé . C'est la première fois que nous sommes déçus ! Malgré tout nous avons fait le ménage de l appart avant de partir et remettre les clés dans la boîte aux lettres .
