Beautiful property. Our ground floor room itself was lovely and location great along with a very enjoyable breakfast
Only way to allow air in at night to our ground floor room seemed to be opening patio door, which even with curtains, allowed mosquitos in and had a few bites. Maybe a fan to allow for internal air circulation would help.

Breakfast was fine but we decided not to have as we wanted fresh orange juice and one of us doesn’t eat breakfast.
We would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in our room as the facilities in the general area were only available to people booking breakfast.

The house of the hotel is really beautiful, with a very stylish decor. The secret "rooftop room" for aperitif is amazing, garden for afternoon chill is also very beautiful. Location of the hotel right next to the small port is great. Saint Martin de Re is an amazing destination and I liked this "city" the most from places I have visited on the island. Parking on the public free parking was around 10min walk, but not a problem as you don't really use the car (bicycle everywhere)
The room with terrace that we were staying in, was extremely uncomfortable. It was basically a pool house turned to a room. There was no proper ventilation (only to open the sliding door to the garden), no privacy, no closet or a rack to put your things to. Overall very uncomfortable, and there were also no room cleaning to make it even worse.
