About this house rental
This all brick rancher with a full basement has been totally renovated after sitting vacant for 20 years. It sits on a beautiful 22 acre lot, with a 4 acre pond stocked for fishing. There is a small forest of bamboo separating the house from the road, which is why we affectionately call it the Bamboo Cottage. It boasts 4 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The large family room has a flat screen, smart tv, extra long couch with 2 chaise lounges, and a cozy gas fireplace. The dining room has a scenic window overlooking the yard and a dining table that seats 8 people. Renovated with tasteful tile floors, granite counters, and stainless appliances, the kitchen is the heartbeat of the home. The bedrooms, family room and dining room all have hardwood floors. The basement is perfect for entertaining with another flat screen tv, pool table, "live edge" bar top area, half bath, laundry room, and 4th bedroom. The attached 2 car garage has a ping pong table and corn hole. There is a screened in, side porch that offers relaxing views of the pond. There is a small back deck off of the kitchen and a small patio space with table and chairs just of the french doors of the walk out basement.

Lovely home in a convenient location. At the time, it was decorated for Christmas so was beautiful! It does need some added items in the kitchen (additional utensils and silverware, and a casserole dish would be great) but nothing that took away from the visit.
