The property was listed as having AC. There was one small window AC unit that tried to cool the entire house. The house was always hot. One bedroom could not be slept in because of the heat. The house was listed as "Covid-19 clean." In reality it was never cleaned prior to our stay. None of the appliances were cleaned and there was food left. Several items did not work. The lift was broken. The pier was a floating pier and unstable. An adult could not safely walk on it. There were two holes in the wooden deck. The patio door did not lock. It was held closed by a scrap piece of wood. The medicine cabinet had partially used medicine in it. The shelves and floors of the closets and kitchen were full of household items. There was limited space for our items including food. There were no dressers for storage. The shower had white scale; it didn't appear to have been 4 of the 9 deck chairs were broken and unusable. There was no propane tank with the gas grill. The washing machine was broken as was the garbage disposal. The landlord, Ken frequently would take several days to return calls. I left a message a couple of days prior to vacating on August 31 asking him to contact me. I still haven't heard from him. I would summarize by saying I don't think Ken has ever had a long rental. He just didn't seem to know how to get it ready with cleaning and repairs and he wasn't very responsive to communications. Can we get a partial refund? We way overpaid for what we received.k

Conveniently located on the water and with close proximity to local bars and restaurants along the lake. If you don't need a giant place (nor want to spend the big money), check this place out.
