Nestled in Washington, this lovely house for $170 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Welcome to The Farmhouse! Ready for some cozy relaxation in the perfect location to explore all that Southern Utah has to offer? This home will be perfect for you! Key Features: -Sleeps 13, 3 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms -Community pool and hot tub -Camp chairs and cooler -Pool toys -Hiking, biking, and running trails nearby -Fully equipped kitchen -Cable TV Bedroom Breakdown: Bedroom 1 - King Bed/Attached Bath Bedroom 2 - 2 Queen Beds Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed, T/F Bunk This home has the most amazing down-home, country feel, but is still elegant and functional. The majority of the furniture was custom built specifically for this home. It has a spacious living/dining room to accommodate all our guests. You can watch the huge flat-screen TV in comfort and style. The kitchen is so pretty and functional with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with all the things you would need to prepare and serve your meals should you choose to eat. There are bar stools for seating on the island as well as a beautiful custom-built dining room table. Off the dining room is a patio with a grill and outdoor seating. The spacious master is on the main floor with a flat-screen TV to enjoy. It has a king-sized bed, so you can stretch out and relax. It also has a big master bath with double sink vanity and walk-in closet. The laundry room is located on the main floor for convenience. There is a half bath and double car garage as well. The garage holds all your toys for enjoying the nearby outdoor activities. An assortment of board games is available for your enjoyment! Upstairs you will find two huge bedrooms. One has 2 queen beds and its own private bathroom and a TV. The third bedroom, the Bunkhouse, is a large room with a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed. This room also has a large flat-screen TV. The bunkhouse has its own private full bathroom. This home has a community heated pool and hot tub for your use. Feel free to use the pool toys found at the house! Conveniently located minutes from shopping, dining, and attractions such as trails and the Washington City Rec Center. This brand new community features two-car garages in every home, appealing floor plans, and a stunning pool for all guests to enjoy! If you want to visit Zion National Park, it’s just 45 minutes away! Additionally, while staying in this property as our Vacation Rentals guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, Sand Hollow Golf, and more! This community HAS very limited RV and trailer parking – Availability based on First Come, First Serve. Street parking is not allowed. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property, and it is always a pleasant stay. The home is clean and well appointed; however, on this most recent stay there were no hangers in the closets. The closets are large, but there are no dressers to store clothing in, so the closets are the only option. This may be an anomaly, as there were a few hangers on previous visits. So just fair warning there, otherwise, we highly recommend staying here.

We liked almost everything about this place. It has a nice kitchen and the bedrooms were open and all had tv’s in them. The living room really needs an update. The furniture kind of feels gross to touch and you can see how worn out on the edges they are. We liked the layout of the living room though. The other thing was parking was bad. The garage only fits one larger SUV and parking is a few condos away if you have two cars. We had another family member pick up food they had to drop it off then go park and walk back. We’ve stayed in St George and paid about the same with lots of parking out in front of the condo. We would stay here again if the couches were updated.

Communication with the property manager was great. Needed information was timely sent to us and easy to understand. We needed to extend our stay one night and my text was promptly returned. The place was clean and set up well. We will definitely deal with Red Rock Properties again!

Someone was able to enter the home
This was a really nice place to stay. However after we were gone all day we returned to find someone else had been in the home and left their Wendy’s food bags on the desk. No one was able to tell us how and who. This was nerve racking to say the least.

Great place to stay!!
Overall this property was great and in a nice location. You are a little bit outside of town, but it is a very new area and complex so everything is really nice. The common areas like pool and jacuzzi are very nice and well maintained. The only suggestion I have for this property is that you should install ceiling fans throughout. Other than that it was an excellent choice for our trip.

The property was in a great location and a great house for large families. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because of the cleanliness. I just feel that the cleaning fee for this property was rather high and the house was not up to cleaning standard, especially with Covid on the rise.

Customer service isn’t the greatest
Usually when you book, you get an email confirmation and an email from the property manager with details on your arrival. I had booked two days prior and did not receive an
Email from the property manager and had to call the Red Rock office to have them send it to me the day of. The office lady named Hannah, helped us out but it looked like in her email- she forgot to change the wifi password because we rented the Farmhouse and the password was for the Beachhouse. I was a bit annoyed, because with two teenager girls and one preteen boy- WiFi is a necessity. Either way- I figured out the wifi by looking in the manual they had at the house. It’s really didn’t really matter because the wifi isn’t the greatest and most of the time- I just used my data on my phone which was faster.
When we left, one of my teenager girls forgot her swimsuit in the room and I had emailed the their reservation line and left a voice mail for them to check but no answer.... I finally got hold with someone from their office (after calling them three times) and they took my name and email address, and she said she would email me back if housekeeping finds it but it’s been a week later, and still no response. I get it, it’s Covid and the resources are tight and slow but sheesh, if your going to say you’ll get back, you need to.
Pro: Loved how new and clean the property was but the lack of customer service isn’t the greatest. The cleanliness could had been better, especially in the restroom. Don’t want to be taking a shower, and seeing hair from the person before. Feels like you just showered at the gym and especially in these times. Luckily I bought my Lysol and Clorox wipes and wiped all
High touch point areas and remote controls.
The location is of the property is on the outskirts but that was fine for us- as it was easily right off the highway and best as we went to Bryce and Zion and made things easy that it was right off the highway.
