Sijainti on erinomainen. Se, että saimme huoneiston järven puolelta oli mukava juttu.
Huoneisto oli siisti, mutta porraskäytävät, käytävät ja hissi olivat siivoamatta. Nurkissa oli roskia ja villakoiria.

Huoneiston sijainti ihan hyvä ja asunto oli viihtyisä lukuunottamatta toisen makuuhuoneen aivan liian pientä kokoa.
Helteellä huoneiston ilmastointi todella huono, ilma ei liikkunut huoneistossa yhtään, ja se oli järkyttävän kuuma. Tuulettimia ei saatu, niitä ei ole kaikkiin huoneistoihin riittävästi. Tästä johtuen ikkunat ja parvekkeen ovi piti olla yön auki, ja meteli ulkoa kuului asuntoon yöllä. Parveke lian ja pölyn peitossa, ei siivousta pitkään aikaan. Henkilökunta ei osannut edes paloitella tilannetta.
