The apartment is quite large and spacious, very clean, with comfortable beds. It has two bathrooms, a large kitchen, and two separate bedrooms.
What was especially convenient for us as a family with children is that one of the bedrooms has two beds — one double bed and one single bed. This is a great option when travelling with children, especially a boy and a girl.
As far as I remember, the sofa also seemed to be convertible, which could provide an additional sleeping place. Overall, the apartment is very comfortable for around 5–6 guests.
Another big advantage is the washing machine — especially useful during a longer trip. Overall, the apartment is spacious, practical, and very comfortable for a family stay.
even greater guest comfort, I would suggest adding a more modern coffee machine and providing a small welcome set with tea, coffee, sugar, etc. These may seem like small details, but they are often the first things guests notice and appreciate upon arrival.
It would also be great to have a Smart TV. At the moment, the television only offers Italian channels, which is not very convenient for international guests, as there is no possibility to use streaming services or watch content in other languages.

Tuvimos un problema y nos atendieron muy rápidamente. El apartamento es amplio y cómodo, está muy bien situado. Tenía pastillas para el lavavajillas.
Hubiera agradecido que hubiera café para no tener que comprarlo para una estancia tan corta, pero vamos, es un detalle de muy poca importancia frente a todo lo positivo que tiene el apartamento.

La Ubicación cercana a lugares de interes
No hay ascensor, cuesta subir maletas, hay cucarachas, camas de la 2a habitacion se hunden, televisor de la sala no funciona tiene clave de ingreso que pefimos y no nos dieron.
