The apartment itself is spectacular. It is beautiful, spacious and full of character, with gorgeous Florentine ceilings and art throughout.
The main bedroom is huge, with a queen bed and a very good bathroom. Downstairs there is a large living area with a sofa bed, a dining table, another spacious bathroom and a very functional kitchen. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, there are two single beds.
It is a very comfortable apartment for up to six people.
And the location is unbeatable. You are right in the heart of Florence, which makes it incredibly easy to walk almost everywhere and enjoy the city without depending on transportation.
The apartment itself, the space and the location were absolutely the highlights of our stay.
The major problem is the access.
The apartment is technically on the third floor, but these are very high Florentine floors, so in reality it feels more like climbing five or six normal floors. There is no elevator.
I was traveling with my 68-year-old mother and we both had large, very heavy suitcases plus backpacks. I am 46, big and strong, and carrying both suitcases upstairs by myself was genuinely difficult and even dangerous.
So my recommendation is simple: if your plan is to spend your entire stay in Florence naked and arrive with nothing but your passport and a toothbrush, this place is perfect.
If you are arriving from an international trip with heavy luggage, especially if you are older, traveling with older people or simply cannot physically carry your suitcase up five or six floors, do not book this apartment.
There is also nobody there to help because check-in and check-out are completely remote. The keys are physical and located upstairs near the apartment, so when you first arrive, someone still needs to let you into the building.
This access situation should be made much clearer before booking.

The property was beautiful and very clean. The kettle didn’t work but the staff quickly replaced with a brand new kettle. Phenomenal master bedroom! Location was perfect and just down the street from Duomo! I will say the location is right on a very busy location so you will hear amazing singing and instruments at night, but early morning (0530) you will hear the street sweeps.
There wasn’t a great area to sit and converse with family as we needed the bed in the fold out sofa. The AC didn’t work great and the two units only put a marginal dent in the heat.

Perfectly located, very spacious apartment.
Take note there’s no lift and stairs are quite hard to navigate. Poor WiFi connectivity.

Location is excellent and the apartment is spacious
3 floors of stairs is not convenient at all. Apartment wasn't really clean especially the rug in the middle of the hall. Kitchen floor was wet. Main bedroom AC was not cooling.
