Everything was perfect. Very convenient location if traveling through Germany for a one nigh stop. It was very clean and cozy. Highly recommended and I believe that we will be coming back.

Room was nice and clean.
There is no reception and there were about 10 people on our first night who had trouble checking-in. As a former front desk staff, I knew how to set up a key card so had to help confused people. Other staff (cleaning personnel) absolutely unbothered to even greet you in a hallway.
