About this house rental
A beautiful, clean 3 bedroom home just 1.5 blocks from the beach in the less crowded South end of Ocean City NJ. Updated kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, hardwood floor, and new 55 inch TV. This home has 3 private decks! One off the living area, one off two of the bedrooms and one on the roof where you can catch both sunrise and sunset. Spacious dining table and stocked kitchen for nights you want to cook at home. 3 bedrooms (queen bed, queen bed, and 2 twins) as well as a new queen sofa bed in the living room. 2 full baths. An outdoor enclosed shower to wash off after a day at the beach. House is stocked with plenty of beach equipment (small boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, and beach cart), kids bikes, as well as some games and puzzles. 4 beach tags are included. Second floor unit so no footsteps above your head to interfere with your sleep. Central air, wireless internet throughout, new smart TVs in every bedroom plus the living room, and a garage for storage or parking.
Guests will need to provide their own beach, bath, kitchen, and hand towels and linens (2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 queen sofa bed). Limited paper products provided (generally one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and paper towels).
For the safety of all guests, one outdoor only camera is installed (not hidden).

My wife and I went here for the weekend for a quick getaway and it was perfect. Surprisingly spacious and very clean and bright, it was a great spot to relax. I’m definitely keeping this place in mind for another stay in the future

Great location, very clean place. Nice deck, comfortable beds and living space—highly recommend for families of 4-6 looking for comfortable space. Kitchen appliances all work but could be updated. Not an issue for us as we mostly eat out. Owners were 100% accurate with all communications and very responsive. Overall 5 star for my family

We loved the location and the house was a perfect setup for our family (2 kids under the age of 12). Front deck, back deck, and rooftop deck! Easy ride to Sea Isle and Somers Point. Close enough to the boardwalk to drive over a few times during the week. Tucked in a quiet part of Ocean City. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there! I would absolutely book again. The home was decorated adorably, and it was the perfect amount of space for our family. I’ve rented in OCNJ many time’s and this was by far my favorite place to stay.

Our family loved this home! Set up worked perfectly for us and our young children. So close to the beach, access to beach cart was very helpful. Short drive to restaurants and boardwalk. This home has everything you need! Kitchen has everything you need. Dining area perfect for family meals and card games. Rooftop deck was perfect to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Tracey was super helpful, quick to respond prior and during the trip. Beautiful home, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to staying again!
