I loved the location and the food!
The access to the other resorts were great!
Water park, the club, and the amenities was definitely a plus
The housekeeping was amazing overall the best part about my stay. Very fast and consistent with the service. Bless those ladies.
I had trouble with the workers, one from every service except housekeeping. The club at riu Santa Fe, they NEED MORE BARTENDERS. With the amount of people who go to party they need more help behind the bar. It isn’t doable with 2 people they need 4 MINIMUM!!! One for every side of the bar, they seemed very overwhelmed. I had gotten into it with room service people my first day. I only stayed 3 nights so I definitely wanted to try a bit of everything they had ELITE CLUB MIND YOU! They rejected my order 3 TIMES until my husband called them. First of all the man who was on the phone with us sounded DRUNK, right when he picked up the phone he was laughing with his coworkers, and wasn’t making sense. He told my husband something completely different than what he told me. They limited how many things we could order which I have never heard of. This is my second time staying at a riu resort and I think my expectations were too high since I had a phenomenal experience in Punta Cana. Overall I think this will be my last time staying at any RIU resort.
