Great place to stay.

It was comfortable space. Clean and easy to access.

The lights in the second room was not working. Would be nice to have hand soap in the kitchen. Complimentary drink/milk would have been great! A smart TV would have been excellent when there are kids. Extended hours to use the pool especially in spring summer.

Exceptional

Location fabulous, in best part of town. Great for walks and rivers. Close to retaurants and pubs.

No lock on bathroom door. No plastic glasses for using outdoors. Shelves required in twin room wardrobe

Location to port of Echuca fantastic - walking distance. Great view from unit. private. Had a pool.

Very close to Shamrock Hotel which has a live band on Saturday nights. Thankfully they played great music!!

Great location, very comfortable apartment. Would recommend highly.

The location has to be one of the best in Echuca. It was great to sit on the deck and watch the birds flying around. Although the Campaspe river was low it was still interesting to watch all the activity. It was very easy access to the river path to get to into Echuca and also situated very close to the port of Echuca to sail on the paddle steamers. The parking spot was very easy to find and such a benefit to have a garage to park the car in as it was very hot during our stay. The car was nice and cool to get into. The kitchen is well equipped and a nice touch was the chilled water ready for us in the fridge. The shower was great with very good pressure. Loved the stone floor. Great to have the washing facilities as well to get all your clothes washed especially when travelling as much as we were. If I was returning to Echuca I would stay there again. Very helpful host. We had a problem with the payment for the apartment. The host prefers a bank transfer. Our UK bank account sort code is set out differently to the Australian banks and we couldn’t pay that way. They were very patient while we sorted out a different way to pay. Wifi was quick.

The only downside to the property which is no fault of the owners is that on Friday and Saturday nights there is very loud music from one of the bars on the main road. It was noticeable enough to have to turn up the TV to hear it and there was a constant thud and beat from about 7-11pm. Only answer is to go and join in 😊. Not a negative point but we were intrigued that there was security to get from the garage to the courtyard and access to the rooms, security on the front gate but there as nothing from the river path. It was just a normal gate.

Relaxing with beautiful views and great ambience.

Loved the 2 bedroom Appartment. The location was lovely overlooking the river and felt secluded but also very convenient to all the shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and room spacious with lovely outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy the views. This would be my first choice when staying in Echuca.

If I was going to be picky then the music from the bar located across the road. The band seems to stop at about 10.30pm so it didn’t really interfere with our sleep.

A fabulously located and comfortable place to stay within walking distance of the Old Port.

Adelphi 5 was fantastically located just steps from the Old Port. It was fabulously clean, with super comfy beds and couches, a full kitchen, coffee machine and washing machine. Off street parking and swimming pool added the extras for an easy stay with kids. would highly recommend.

Sensational stay

Excellent apartment, clean and everything we need for our long weekend stay with beautiful serene river views and close location to walk into town. Pete and Di are wonderful hosts. It was lovely to have a call day 2 to check in and make sure we were happy and finding our way around town ok.

Be mindful of the bands that play at the pub a few doors down. A bit noisy of an evening if you have small children but didn't impact our stay much at all.

Perfect for group bookings (across all apartments), clean, close to town and lovely river setting.

Barbie area was fab, Apartment was gorgeous and so was the weather to match :) Great for group get togethers if other apartments are booked.

If you weren't with a group I could see it could get a bit noisy, but we were the noisy ones on this visit :)

Main bed was a touch small, better if it was a Queen size bed.

Excellent location. Would definitely recommend

Excellent location and lovely view from living room. Apartment had everything you could need and the king bed was very comfy. Easy stroll to cafes, pubs and other dining options. Riverwalk close by. We picked this apartment as there was no adjoining rooms or apartment above and it was lovely and quiet. Would stay again and recommend to friends.
