Christophe was a super kind and friendly host. He immediately showed up when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. We had our own private room with the rest of the apartment as a shared space. He gave us keys to the apartment and to the main building door downstairs. The building has two elevators which made it easier for us to have our bags moved. The bed was super comfortable and we appreciated the cleanliness of the sheets and their lovely smell. The place's location is perfect since it is immediately in front of Nice's train station. We also walked to the city centre and shopped around, it was just a 20 mins walk. Christophe even sent us a detailed msg of suggestions for places to see and things to do. The apartment was a very good option for us to spend one night in Nice in order to catch our flight from Nice's airport, after our ferry ride from Corsica.

Location was perfect for us. A stroll to the ocean through busy attractive neighbourhoods and 200m from train station in a ln wonderful secure and quiet building. Christophe, the host, lives in the apartment and vacates for your rental period so the apartment feels like home. He is very approachable and contactable and treats his guests with utmost respect

La propreté et la situation
L annonce ne stipulait pas clairement que l appartement était partagé avec les propriétaires. La promiscuité avec les propriétaires, le manque d intimité, la place pour pouvoir profiter de la cuisine.
