Location was good, not too far from the main tourist area but quieter with lots of options for eating and shopping and a large park with shade. The host spoke good English and was very friendly and helpful.
The room we were given upon arrival was not what we thought we had booked. When choosing your option of room, the photos are a mixture of ALL available rooms and so a bit deceiving if you choose a particular room for a particular reason ie. a window in the bedroom. Also we were on the ground floor next to the lift and reception.
We had to move the next morning (annoying as we wanted to relax after days of travelling) but were happy with the second room on a higher floor which was spacious and well equipped.

Ocean view was excellent - very reasonable rate
No elevator but the very big open stair / step was easy to climb up
