The room had a beautiful view of the acropolis from the private patio. The bed and couch were comfortable and we both slept amazing. There was a little nighttime noise, but nothing to keep us awake and the darkening shades are a nice touch. We had a lovely walk up Leviticus Hill and was minutes from Monastiraki Square. This is a wonderful room that I am already hoping is available when I am in the city again in a couple weeks.
I can't think of a single thing, it was perfect for our overnight.

Great location in the heart of Athens . Plenty of restaurants, cafes etc. fantastic neighborhood vibe!

Perfect location in my favorite part of town. Pelagia was great and helpful for anything we needed! Highly recommend these apartments for your Athens stay. Would 100% stay here again.
The WiFi wasn’t great. Our phones had good service so it didn’t bother us. The light from the bathroom shines right onto the head of the bed and pillows. When one person needs to go in the middle of the night, you risk waking the other person up. Again wasn’t a big bother for us but might be for a light sleeper.

The flat is placed in a nice area of Athens, the first impact or impression was not so wonderful but you need to get in the city nightlife mood if that's what you're looking for then all look nicer. The owner is very kind, there were some issues with the flat during my stay but we constructively discussed them.
As discussed with the owner, the flat has potential, but the maintenance is not that good.
There were many small issues (lights, towel hooks, Internet connection) that reduced the enjoyment.
One absolute no-go was the noise. Neighbours are on renovation, which means getting awake at 7.50 AM from an electric hammer on walls was not on my list of holiday dreams.
The flat 601 has no view of the city.
