The apartment was everything you could want in a rental space. We do not need to come to Richmond often, but if we do, we will definitely try to stay here again. The host thought of everything and it is very comfortable. Also, it is very convenient with walking distance to several places.

This was the perfect place for our visit to see our daughter at EKU. Andrew was very responsive. This will be on the top of our list when we return to visit.

Absolutely stunning. Better than photos can even capture. We were highly impressed and even though it is 35 min from our niece at UK, we plan to stay here again and have shared with all our family.

Cute little one bedroom unit in a house that has 3 other similar one bedroom units. Doors are coded entry, so no worrying about keys. Very clean, charming house. We stayed for my son’s graduation from EKU and had some of the aunts and uncles rent the other units. I stayed a few extra days to explore the area. Richmond is such a cute town and it is also fun to explore Berea and Lexington from there. Decor is absolutely lovely and up to date. Would stay there again.

We are very pleased with our stay. We especially appreciated, having access to a washer and dryer since we had been on the road five days prior to this visit. The bed was comfy & the sheets super soft. Highly recommend and would stay there again. We loved having the fireplace on when we walked in. We closed the glass doors at night to quiet any traffic noise.

We were there to see our nephew at EKU. The location was in a beautiful part of town and a few streets over from the campus. Our place was decorated beautifully and had a lot of amenities that we enjoyed ! We had a little difficulty getting in the place but we made a quick connection with property manager and got the problem fixed on the spot. We enjoyed this place and plan on returning the next time we visit.

Excellent property with everything you might need to have a relaxing stay. Only recommendation to travelers would be to read all instructions prior to arrival. We had difficulty with cell service in spotty areas so could not access check in or WiFi directions unless we were closer to EKU campus. If you know all of that beforehand, it should be fine. Will definitely be staying there again.

We stayed with our two dogs for a few nights in Richmond and were very comfortable. The road noise was noticeable at times, and you sometimes heard other people moving throughout the building (which our dogs made sure we knew about). But the bed was extremely comfortable, and we were able to work from the dining room table during our stay.

Clean and I was able to keep my pets with me here. We had everything we needed available to us for our 1 week stay. Thank you and we would stay again in the future.

The suite was beautifully decorated and very comfortable once we turned the heat on. The water in the refrigerator was an extra nice offering considering the city water gives me stomach aches. I am hoping to stay in one of the upstairs units next time.
