Located in Port Aransas, this lovely house for $1,850 per night is a great choice for your next break. ***Please be advised there is construction next door to this property. Please call the office for more information. *Smart TV and Live TV capabilities available, no direct cable AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun. MAIN LIVING SPACES: You’ll spend most of your time together in the absolutely stunning living area on the home’s third level with the most incredible Gulf views from the balcony. The open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen will wow you and your guests. Relax on the spacious sectional sofa. Dine at the table that seats 12. And whip up casual lunches or a seafood supper in the charming, fully equipped kitchen with open shelving and stainless appliances. Kids can perch on the island’s stool or curl up in the window seat to keep the cook company. A powder bath serves this main living space. Gather on the spacious, third-floor balcony with plush outdoor furnishings, including a charming swing, for the spectacular island views as far as the eye can see. Other common areas on the first and second levels provide room to relax for smaller groups. On the first floor, past a powder room, the elevator, a laundry room with garage access, and an additional full-size fridge, you’ll find the cozy, first-floor living room. Here, amid surfboard wall hangings, a Smart flat-screen TV hangs over a counter-space with a Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge for downstairs guests. Step onto the first-floor, rear screened porch, and relax as you listen to the roar of the waves coming from just beyond the dunes. The second-floor common living areas include the masterful front balcony, where you can survey charming Cinnamon Shore South or look over the serene community lake, and a sitting area with a round card table and full wet bar with Keurig. SLEEPING QUARTERS: The first level offers a queen bedroom with a Jack and Jill bathroom, featuring walk-in shower, double vanities, and whale tail-shaped shower hooks. It connects to a bunk room with twin-over-twin bunks. Another queen bedroom on this level shares a bathroom with the first-floor living room, where another 2 sets of twin bunk beds accommodate more guests. On the second floor, a queen bedroom, with fresh, orange-and-white color scheme and tropical fish-theme linens, boasts its own private balcony with lake and community views. An enormous Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects to a Gulf-side bunk room with twin-over-queen bunks and glimpses of the water. The home’s first primary king suite, with sun-yellow accents and contemporary design, commands Gulf views from a private balcony with comfortable seating, including sofa, chairs and charming swing. Its en suite bath features double vanities and spacious walk-in shower with bench. Finally, this level offers one more queen suite, a spacious room that also offers an upper twin bunk over a cute baby crib, along with a wall of shelves for baby necessities. The private bathroom makes this the perfect space for any young family to share. The third floor presents another grand primary king suite. Located just off the kitchen, it offers a comfy retreat with a sleigh bed crafted in beachy, woven rattan backed by a wall featuring contemporary artwork—3D, winged shorebirds hung in a neat grid. Loved the home and location. The house is huge. We were without working lights and outlets in the master on the 3rd floor and bunk room on the bottom floor for a couple of days. We were told it would be handled but it wasn’t priority. We could have fixed it if we had access to the location of the breaker box. A highlight was the night we had a shrimp boil brought in and JJ was the best! We enjoyed our stay and will come back.

Beautiful large home with a great view of the ocean from 2 decks. All the bedding and beds were high quality and very comfortable. The kitchen has every appliance imaginable. There are 3 levels and lots of stairs but the home has an easy to use elevator. We will stay here again.

The home was magnificent! Beautiful home that fit all of us and was clean and beds for us all with easy beach access and view. The neighborhood was under construction so a little chaotic but we managed greatly.

The home was beautiful and brand new. But some things were breaking. The fridge, the garbage disposal, and handles on some of the drawers in the kitchen were coming off. Otherwise we had a wonderful time. The location is fantastic.

This place is amazing!!!!!! This house is even better than the pictures! So close to the beach and the pool...the pool is so nice. The customer service at Cinnamon Shores is so good! Especially Julie at the rental sweet and kind! We had the best time!

The elevator was a great amenity to be able to take groceries to the Kitchen located on the 3rd floor. The extra refrigerator on the 1st floor was also great for storing extra groceries for a large group. The 2 sets of washer/dryers on 2 different floors was also another convenient amenity.
The beach was clean and not heavily populated. Management was great keeping us updated through text messages on activities taking place during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. Our entire family is looking forward to going back soon.
FYI: Somethings you may want to bring that the House does not provide are tissue, Chef's knives and dish towels (we only had one). Also one of the bathrooms did not have a trash can.

See the Sea is a beautiful home and we loved our family vacation at Cinnamon Shores South. The home is gorgeous and comfortable. The house is beautifully appointed with fantastic views. Although there is a lot construction going on, the neighborhood is quiet in the evening and beach was blissfully uncrowded. We really fell in love with the house! Thank you for a lovely time!
