I liked the property and location.
First of all, having a host there at the property to assist guests from other states that is not familiar with the property. The host gave me great information, but I had to ask several people the whereabouts of the location.

Loved the building and being walking distance to restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Pool was very nice too.
Room was very small and more like a hotel room than a condo. Wish the kitchenette had been bigger and wish there would have been laundry. Bathroom had hairs left in it from previous tenant that weren't cleaned up.

Absolutely loved the location! Being right there in Baytowne Wharf was lovely. The pool area was quiet and secure.
It was slightly unnerving that there were not cameras (that we could see) in or around where I would expect.
