The beds were very comfortable, and the restaurant on site was very good. The staff were extremely attentive, and it was a great bonus that the beach beds were included with our stay. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed the hospitality.

It would be great to have an iron & ironing board in the room.

The hotel was very clean, with a very pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and well-designed, and having a balcony was a great bonus. The restaurant were nice, the views were beautiful, and enjoying the sea in the morning was especially wonderful.

The different staff members gave us completely different prices for the airport transfer, which was not a major issue. However, during check-out, we were told that we had had dinner at a restaurant where we had supposedly signed the bill but had not paid. This was completely incorrect, as we had never been to that particular restaurant. At every restaurant we visited, we paid immediately on the spot. We were asked to pay an additional €300 for a dinner at the fish restaurant, even though we had never been there. We asked the staff to check the security cameras to confirm that we had not visited the restaurant. They spent approximately 30 minutes checking while our taxi was waiting for us, Also, we were late getting to the airport. In the end, they discovered that someone had signed the bill under our name, although we still do not know how this happened. We had absolutely nothing to do with this dinner. What was especially disappointing was that we received no apology or proper explanation from the hotel, which is absolutely unacceptable.
