The location can not be better. The appartment is directly in city center. Everything you need is within 5 mins walk. There is elevator. The view from the appartment is also great.
The appartment is old and lack of renovation. But it is not bad. I think it was also fair price compare to other options with similar location. Maybe it was only for my stey, the wash machine was not clean. I suggest the landloard to take a look and change a new one if neccessary.
